Room- We booked a premium triple room with Sea view for 3 people (friends). The room was great, 3 single beds (2 main ones & extra bed added to the room). The room was clean, and well organised, smart TV, a great bathroom and the best of it is the Balcony with the sea view which was incredible. Also the rooms are soundsproof so rarely heard any of our neighbours unless they are sat in the balconies. Breakfast - Good continental breakfast with options to order eggs. It was fresh, well prepared and service was great. Large selections of fresh juices which was brilliant plus alcoholic options like prosecco, wine or Champagne are available. Desserts were available as well which was a good addition. Only remark would have been around having more options for breakfast i.e. more cheese, or slice options Amenities - Direct access to the beach, which was handy, clean and enjoyed it there. Bit busy as its not jus exclusive to the hotel also you have to have tickets to have sun lounges. Pool looked good and with sunbeds looking over the sea - didn't use the outdoor pool but looks great. Spa was handy and enjoyed the use of it. you have to book in advance as it can hold maximum 6 people which wasn't convenient at times when it was booked up or having to share with others as its a small place with has a pool, sauna, steam. Sauna can hold max 3 people at a time, steam can hold 6 and so is the pool. The most we enjoyed was the terrace where you can sit and enjoy a drink with service from the lobby cafe. amazing sea view where you can chill and enjoy some sun while overlooking the beaches, island edges and other places along the coast. Staff - extremely friendly and helpful, you get greeted with a drink of your choice, wine, champagne, water or juice while you are checking in. Luggage gets handled and taken to the room or to storage if you arrive before the check-in time. Great ideas mostly recommended by staff for excursions and places to eat/visit.

The hotel was superb, and the customer service exceeded expectations. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of champagne, and the receptionist was friendly and accommodating. The ambiance was elegant and sophisticated. The views from the lounge and restaurant were breathtaking, further complemented by the great weather. Plus, the beach is literally right in front of the hotel—a major highlight. The room was decently sized, immaculately clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Toiletries were thoughtfully provided, and complimentary water bottles were readily available. In the evening, we were treated to a beautiful piano performance by a talented lady, adding a touch of charm and class to the experience. Overall, this is a perfect place to unwind and relax. Highly recommended!

The location was fantastic. Right on the sea. There were some great restaurants near by. The breakfast at the hotel is pretty good too. I am vegetarian and my daughter is vegan. We noticed there weren’t any viable proteins for us (beans or tofu etc) I brought it up to concierge and the remedied it right away. Even kept me posted on progress and asked me about options. In the end there were so many choices and more than we could even eat. We appreciated this gesture so much. Oh, and if you want any sort of plant based milk for any reason just as a staff member. They are very helpful. I enjoyed an oat milk cappuccino every day. A Popa (the restaurant on property) is so good too. Best Paella I’ve ever had! Veggie too! Room was comfortable. We loved our balcony. Air conditioning was a blessing.

We enjoyed Hotel Nixe Palace very much. Beautiful setting overlooking a pristine beach, convenient to reach from the airport and close to Old Town Palma. The staff was very friendly and the service impeccable. We especially loved how easy it was to leave our car at the front and the valet quickly parked and retrieved it for us. Our room was perfect for myself and two daughters. Plenty of space and comfortable. Welcome cava upon arrival was a delight and the lunch food by the pool was amazing!! We also loved the hour we booked at the spa.

We were in the cheapest room, which was gorgeous. Spacious with everything we needed ( except an iron/board, we didn't bother asking, just wandered about creased!)...the reception staff, especially one lady who spoke very good English, sorry I didn't take note of her name, were incredibly helpful. The bar man sadly just completely ignored me, I gave up eventually! The cleaning staff were lovely and the rooms were always spotless. Beautiful location and lovely to wander on the beach.
